Operations Manager - Specialist Consultant

Roxanne began her working life embarking on what was to become a successful career in the hospitality industry featuring roles such as Sales Manager for Melbourne Convention Centre and Marketing Manager and later Group Sales Manager for International Hotel Chains such as Hilton, Accor Asia Pacific and the Radisson Group.

Her career brought her into regular contact with executives from the not-for-profit sector and in particular assisting with problem solving surrounding events and meeting member expectations.

In addition to her executive leadership role with her association clients she led her event management team with projects ranging from discreet VIP functions, to black-tie charity dinners and multi-day conferences with attendances from 2 to 2000. She has been recognised by her clients and peers and is a mentor in the State and Regional Development “Women in Business” Program.

More recently she has been contracted to a variety of state government departments and government-owned entities in senior project management and executive officer roles.
